OBAMACARE: Unions Secure Delay, Corporations Secure Delay – Why Not the American People?

Here’s what I can’t figure out about the showdown in DC – how can anyone, let alone the feds, ask the consumer to sign up for these Obamacare exchanges without knowing what the costs are up front? Are the Dem’s actually expecting the People to just sign up and get the sticker shock later? Not even their base is that stupid.
