A few weeks back I wrote an opinion piece on the subject of #Obama’s eligibility issues, forged documents and hidden past and why the various groups from the media to conservative talk show hosts, refused to acknowledge or even discuss the possibility that there now serves, in our White House, an usurper.  At that time I had given the talk show hosts a bit of a pass, crediting them with having weighed the potential trouble that would result as the country became aware of Obama’s crimes, against any good that could come from it.

Time has run out on that free pass. For the many people that have been involved in the forensics of Obama’s activities, there has been no doubt in our minds concerning his fraudulent documentation.  Understanding that our so called conservative talk show hosts, have intentionally avoided this issue and all it’s associated facts, it was easy to see why they are oblivious to them.

A Game Changer Fellows:

This past Thursday, Sheriff Joe Arpaio released a report on his six month investigation into Obama’s eligibility problems and document manipulation.  The evidence he produced left no doubt that there has been and continues to be a massive cover up of fraud and forgery.  It has become clear that not only would the main stream media continue it’s denial but so would the likes of Rush, Sean, Mark and Glenn.

But wait, they all did not ignore it. No, not quite.  Glenn on his radio show and his Blaze website, shook off the horse blinders and brought up Sheriff Joe’s investigation.  So, were we finally going to get a prominent conservative to speak of the crazy uncle in the attic?  Well, not exactly, but what we did learn was the real reason those supposed defenders of the Constitution have been silent.

Glenn Beck exposed himself and the cadre of others yesterday.  They do not fear unrest in the streets.  They do not fear a Constitutional crisis. They fear Obama.  That’s right! They fear him and what would happen to their careers if that occupier of our White House is in reality so smart and cunning that he is setting a trap for them.  This is what they fear and this is what drives their silence. Self preservation is their highest priority.

All of these hosts speak about and promote the Constitution.  They give it away free, demand our politicians abide by it and espouse it’s virtue, sometimes, ad nauseam.  That rhetoric as well as their phony demeanor as to being its protector and savior, is beginning to stink worse than the south end of a north bound bull.

As Glenn and his cohorts ridiculed and belittled not only Sheriff Arpaio, his extremely efficient investigative team and a very large part of his listeners and viewers, it became evident that he had not even watched the press conference.  If he had, he could not have possibly come to the conclusion that Obama has no Hawaii birth related issues because a “newspaper reported” his birth.

Earth to Glenn, Obama and his mother could have been on Mars when the doting grandparents called the local newspaper and told them of Obama’s birth. There is no fact checking or backup required.  You give them the info, pay the cost and it gets printed.  What grandparents would not like to get their grandchild’s birth in the paper so they could have a keepsake and proudly display it to their friends?   Glenn, in contrast to what you said, the person wouldn’t have to be an embedded KGB agent to get that in the paper.  Knowing how to dial a phone is all it would take.

I’m not going to go into the many extremely troubling aspects released in Arpaio’s report, you haven’t bothered to read them there and would most likely not read them here. However, to laugh at and impugn a person of great stature, such as Sheriff Arpaio, a person that has always done the right thing, despite the blow back and personal danger he has faced for years, is nothing less than despicable.

Glenn could have and probably should have, continued to ignore the issue.  But he chose, instead to “hold up as some kind of joke”  not only the millions of people who are concerned about what is going on, but his inclusion of Sheriff Arpaio in that charade, was deplorable.

I lost a lot of respect for Glenn yesterday. TPATH had intended on promoting Glenn’s Dallas event. Now we will not be going or promoting it.  It is doubtful we will renew our subscription to GBTV.  Glenn promotes his web cast something  like  this  “News the main stream media won’t report”.  Why would anyone “pay” to be kept in the dark?  The main stream media does that for free.

Finally, to all of you celebrity hosts, who have decided to keep yourself as well as those that depend on you, uninformed, know this.  Maybe not this year or next, but eventually, each of you will have been proven to be on the “cowardice” side of this issue.  Just as the internet has lessened the people’s dependency on the main stream media, we the people shall wean from the so called conservative talk show hosts. Its your call and its not too late.

In closing, for all the girlie-man hosts that think Obama has intentionally, and masterfully created a deception that will end your careers, wake up.  There are many much easier and lawful ways of trapping the enemy.  No fellows, Obama has a real big problem. He knows it and has done everything he and his gang of organized forgers and ideological supporters could think of to hide his past for as long as possible.  He has managed to subvert and corrupt judges and state officials, he has managed to destroy government passenger manifests, he has criminally used official government seals in forged documents and has hidden every aspect of his life from the public.  This man is not a brilliant contriver of an elaborate plan to take down a few talk show hosts or the Republican Party.  He is scrambling, lying and breaking the law at every possible opportunity in an effort to continue hiding from his past in order to complete his planned destruction of this country.

The left will continue to hide these things from the public, for ideological reasons.  You guys, the pious protectors of the Constitution are actually just protecting yourselves and in the process helping the usurper.  That is a shame.

Why Not Join Forces to Put an End to Big Government & Big Corporations/Banks?

When surfing the web these last couple of days this post over at Washington’s Blog caught my attention “If the “Occupy” Movement and Tea Party Join Together, We Can End the Malignant Partnership Between Big Government and Big Corporations Which Is Destroying America”

The piece argues that the two movements – the Tea Party and #Occupy Wall Street – find common ground and come together to END Big Government, Too Big To Fail Banks, Corporate Ownership of Washington politico’s, the Fed and Crony Capitalism.

Well, I daresay, if the #OWS movement focused its resources on these key monetary issues ONLY then the likelihood of the REAL Tea Party grassroots movement joining the effort would be greater.

Why? Because all of the other noise emanating out of #Occupy Wall Street like healthcare for all, living wages or the environment only serves to distract folks attention away from the core of America’s challenges, which is how our monetary system is managed behind closed doors with little to no oversight by the monstrously “capped at the knee” federal regulatory system. This is a heads up to the voters who are paying attention and who are working to make sure their local, state and federal primary elections remain fair amongst all candidates vying for nomination to run in the general.

Here in Virginia, we learned this week that the Virginia Capitol Correspondents Association and Virginia’s Associated Press Managing Editors met to establish what they are calling a primary debate “criteria” that is applicable to all US Senate primary candidates before being invited to participate in their televised sponsored debate. Their modus operandi is obvious, they are purposely establishing an artificial “criteria” which heavily favors the establishments two- party frontrunners, thereby weeding out any and all other contenders. We do this because Wayne’s work is informed by a career of learning how the US intelligence apparatus operates, because he worked in it, and because he is the only investigative journalist actually doing the job of informing the public who Barack Hussein Obama and his family truly are. His reward, having his life threatened.

Ask yourself if you ever recall a time when an American journalist’s life was threatened by his/our federal government for simply informing the people who their President is? Seriously, do you recall such circumstances?

During the 2008 campaign everyone seemed to be asking the same question – who is this guy named Obama? Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Greenies, Independents…EVERYONE!

We hoped to learn who this man was, what drove him, what his values and morals were, his education, his past leadership positions and so much more, but to our astonishment, the vehicle who used to vet Presidential nominees, were having tingly sensations down their legs, hyper ventilating when Obama was nearby, girlhood like crushes and handing off other ridiculous, juvenile and pathetic dribble they called journalism. Tea party plan: Enrich the rich

The protests in Wisconsin illustrate just how quickly tea party politicians and “activists” readily abandon their ideals to undermine their political opponents and regressive agenda through any means necessary. We now see that despite popular perception, this conservative movement was never about populist interests; rather it is simply a clever public relations campaign coordinated by corporate ideologues like the Koch brothers who wanted nothing more than to further consolidate their wealth and power under the guise of a grassroots movement.

Initially, real populist groups like unions were willing to stay quiet as tea party politicians pushed through their anti-tax, deregulatory agenda. We assumed that another stimulus package would not happen, and thought anything to stimulate the economy was better than nothing. Many workers also held some remote hope that the tax breaks and regulatory relief given to corporations would be used to invest and create jobs, rather than outsource more labor overseas so CEOs could give themselves bonuses that are tucked away in offshore accounts to avoid paying even the reduced Bush tax rates they fought so hard to sustain.


However, working Americans fed up with suffering the brunt of the recession only to watch the wealthy further prosper are now waking up to the tea party master plan. We know now cutting taxes, especially those for the corporate class, was just the first phase of a larger plan. While Republicans ran on a balanced budget the last election cycle, their tax cuts for the rich actually put the federal government deeper into the red. At the same time many conservative governors, including Scott Walker in Wisconsin, squandered small budget surpluses with tax policies that overwhelmingly benefit the corporate rich.

Quantcast While some politicians seem sincere in their efforts to reduce costs while protecting workers, governors like Scott Walker or New Jersey’s Chris Christie are using the budget shortfall that is mostly of their party’s making as a rationale for class warfare. In fact, Walker has rejected compromises with unions who offered to make economic concessions so long as workers keep their collective bargaining rights. This, along with the strategy session Governor Walker had with a prank caller pretending to be the billionaire tea party founder David Koch, shows conservatives are more intent to union bust than either balance their budgets, or put people back to work.

ENDING WORKER'S RIGHTS TO NEGOTIATE DOES NOT EQUATE TO BUDGET CUTS

Every single Tea Party/Patriot voter should be demanding from the officials they elected into office in 2010 to follow the letter of the law and demonstrate transparency. If not, then your credibility as a movement is toast. You must practice what you preach, otherwise this so-called patriot movement is as self serving as the Democrat/Republican Party machines you fought tooth and nail to replace.

What Governor Walker did last night in Wisconsin proves beyond any doubt that his target all along was to end the right of employee’s to task a third party to negotiate on their behalf their employment benefits. This tawdry move made by the GOP leadership, after hiding behind closed doors all day, has no relationship whatsoever in saving taxpayers money. Yet the TP/Patriot leadership wants you, their voter, to believe otherwise. Poppycock!

Why? Because the GOP’s vote was on legislation NOT on the budget. Member’s of your respective state assembly’s vote on legislation AND on the budget – two separate processes. Although they interrelate, they are managed and voted on separately. No taxpayer funds were saved with yesterday’s vote. NONE. ZILCH. ZERO.

What Walker and his GOP thugs achieved was ceasing state employee’s rights. That is it! And they did it in secret – an all out blatant assault on our democracy. Is this the kind of politics the Tea Party/Patriot movement voted into office?

Not once during the 2010 election did I see the first placard, commercial or candidate telling the voter that in order to cut the budget or end deficit spending they would need to vote to end the people’s rights to collective bargaining.  Did you? That’s what I thought – a resounding NO!

Which is precisely why Walker and his GOP brethren didn’t run on it. They knew they wouldn’t win!  So, knowing their top corporate donors wanted to bust up the unions they stealthily infiltrated the independent Tea Party/Patriot movement by telling them what they wanted to hear  “reduce the budget” “cut taxes” “end deficit spending” all the while knowing their hidden agenda – bust up the unions at any and all costs – the worker be damned.  Their campaign strategy worked.  They won a majority thanks to the TP/Patriot vote.

Once in office, Walker’s first few days of the legislative session takes those patriotic tax slogans and twists them into anti-rights legislation, while telling Wisconsinites that this is what you, the TP/Patriot voter,  wanted when you voted him into office. You know this is not true, but instead you are the one’s taking the hit.

The TP/Patriot voter is being used as not only as cover, but as a punching bag taking the right and left hook for these duplicitous scoundrels. Why are you letting them get away with it?

The Tea Party/Patriot voted to cut the budget AND to end deficit spending NOT to end the people’s “rights“! If you want union reform then say it out loud and be a leader. Cowering behind the flag and using the TP voter as cover is small minded and beneath any true and decent American patriot.

Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council weighs in on open meeting controversy

I have been asked whether the Wisconsin FOIC has a position on last night’s action by the state Legislature. As you know, I am not a lawyer and do not play one on TV. These are difficult issues to parse. But a few points can be made:

The Open Meetings Law, at 19.84(3), states: “Public notice of every meeting of a governmental body shall be given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of such meeting unless for good cause such notice is impossible or impractical, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no case may the notice be provided less than 2 hours in advance of the meeting.”

There is no dispute that yesterday’s meeting was not noticed 24 hours in advance and I see no way it could be argued that giving 24 hours notice was “impossible or impractical,” three weeks into a budget stalemate. There is also some question as to whether a full two hours notice was given, in that it was arguably not posted in a location to which media and others have unfettered access. The Assembly Dems say they did were not notified until 4:10 pm, and the Senate meeting purportedly began at 6 p.m.

The Senate Chief Clerk, Robert Marchant, has advanced the argument that the notice was sufficient under Senate Rule 93, which holds that the Senate can convene in special session without giving advance notice. Others have pointed out that this rule pertains to the Senate, whereas last night’s meeting was a Joint Committee of Conference, a.k.a. Joint Conference Committee. They say Rule 93 would not apply in such a case.

The council’s position is that, whether or not a viable legal challenge can be brought, this action merits the condemnation of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council as contrary to the spirit, at least, of the Open Meetings Law, as well as to the state’s traditions of openness.

We believe the meeting was hastily convened without adequate public notice because the people convening it felt they needed an element of surprise to prevail — making it precisely the sort of action the state’s Open Meetings Law was intended to preclude.

The "Real" Tea Party Patriots are Paying Dearly for Trusting the Snakes Again!

This Wisconsin show down b/w Gov Walker and the Unions is now spreading to Indiana, Ohio and… The Koch Brothers were welcomed with open arms from the self-anointed leader of the Tea Party Movement, the one and only Dick Armey, who purposely hijacked and infiltrated this young threatening movement early on. Although TP voters were warned time and again throughout 2010, especially by the very patriots who started the Tea Party groundswell, that you were being used, you instead chose to ignore their wisdom and placed your trust in the same old rattler snakes and you’ve been bitten.

These greedy charlatans out of Wall Street’s Corporate America cleverly hid in the shadows, all the while feeding their million-dollar mouthpieces – Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh their daily talking points – polled and time tested – to stir your patriotic fervor. These guys don’t get paid the mega bucks for being bad salesmen. No. They get paid the big bucks to sell you their illusory pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, and they are very good salesmen. Don’t blame them for how you voted, it was you who bought their propaganda hook, line and sinker.

As a result, what is unfolding in Wisconsin serves as a startling example of just how badly Tea Party voters were mislead. Think about it. Did any Tea Party voters ask the Koch brothers hand picked leadership of the Tea Party movement what they really meant when they ran on a platform to cut their state budgets and trim the fat? No. You trusted them. Let me be abundantly clear – it is one thing for a Governor to demand his union employee’s pay more into their pensions and healthcare, take pay cuts and put off their cost of living increases, but it’s an entirely different policy matter demanding unions give up the right to negotiate on their members behalf. But, this is what you, the Tea Party voter, are now being blamed for and having to defend.

Ask yourself – was my vote for Tea Party candidate A a vote to eliminate my neighbors, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, friends right to negotiate a fair wage? I don’t think so. Your vote was to cut the budget and trim the fat. But the big boys are telling the world you voted to end collective bargaining, and they are winning the message war, hands down. Crickets from the Tea Party voters. Are you going to let them get away with this? Hello? Where is your honor? Your integrity? Your fighting spirit?

These charlatans are using you, and your patriotism as cover for their deceit, underhandedness and dishonesty. Are you going to allow it? Are you going to give up and let these thugs steel your patriotic thunder! Or are you going to accept the facts of these hard lessons, stand up to the deceit and rip your power back?
