The White House and the U.S. Intelligence Community are not treating as benign infractions the events surrounding the calling back from the Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Colombia of at least eleven, and possibly up to twenty Secret Service agents with the White House’s advance security team for cavorting with prostitutes in Cartagena just prior to President Obama’s visit to the city.
