The Islamaphobia witnessed over the building of the Mosque at GZ has distracted the public from many issues. For example, have you seen the first christian or neocon or right winger out protesting the City’s recent decision to deny a permit to rebuild a Greek Orthodox Church that was destroyed on 9/11? I haven’t. Yet, b/c of these neocons and fundamentalists stirring the Islamaphobia pot, you haven’t heard about it. I don’t see reports of this permit on Drudge or Breitbart or Atlas Shrugs sites?
