ARTICLE II SUPER PAC ENTHUSIASTICALLY ACCEPTS BRET BAIER’S INVITATION TO DEBATE THE MEANING AND INTENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL TERM: ‘NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’

Fox News reporter and host of Special Report, Bret Baier conceded on his blog today that the constitutional meaning of Natural Born Citizen has lately been a source of continuing controversy given the buzz that Sen. Marco Rubio and Gov. Bobby Jindal are on the short list of possible VP picks for presumptive Republican presidential nominee, Mitt Romney. This is because there are growing numbers of Americans who have come to realize that the Founding Fathers were expressly concerned that our commander-in-chief have no foreign allegiances. Mr. Rubio and Mr. Jindal’s parents were foreign citizens at the time of their birth and the Constitution clearly differentiates citizenship status for both the POTUS and VPOTUS (12th Amendment).

Oddly, Mr. Baier failed to make mention on his blog, how this ongoing controversy relates to Mr. Obama’s own “Natural Born” status; especially given the fact that Obama’s parentage and birthplace have yet to be conclusively proven and verified by any independent legal authority.

Nevertheless, Art2SuperPAC applauds Mr. Baier’s rational, common sense approach to finally address this constitutional crisis once and for all. By doing a full piece on his show with a panel of constitutional scholars, a “fair and balanced” debate will serve an invaluable service to the American people. Fox News is to be applauded for taking the lead and finally allowing the debate that the courts and the media have shamefully avoided for more than three years.

As a preeminent supporter of the Constitution and a leader in the effort to ensure that citizens and elected officials clearly understand Article II and the definitive meaning intended by the Founding Fathers of “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN,” Mr. Baier and Fox news would be woefully remiss if they failed to reach out to Art2SuperPAC to join the debate. Hatfield says “taking it up on appeal” following today’s GA ballot challenge ruling

We caught up with Swensson/Powell’s counsel, Mark Hatfield, late this afternoon to get his initial take on the ruling. Here is what he stated “obviously we are disappointed w/the decision, but there are a couple of items in the ruling that we are looking at. First, the Judge never made any ruling on who has the burden of proof even though he indicated in chambers prior to the hearing that making the determination of the burden of proof laid with Defendant Obama.” He went onto state “the Judge has a record of placing the burden on the candidate, but didn’t do so in this case.” Another point Hatfield made was the “Indiana Court of Appeals ruling in Arkeny elevates the Indiana case above the Constitution” while also noting the Judge ignored the Minor court in Minor v Happersett, a ruling that clearly defined natural born Citizen, established precedent. When asked about next steps Hatfield stated “we are going full bore and taking it up on appeal”.

USAF SSGT Moran Speaks 'by phone' to Georgia's Pitchfork Rally Attendee's

Late last week, USAF SSgt Moran called into a radio show known as the “Manning Report” where he openly proclaimed w/o a scintilla of reservation that he was refusing orders primarily due to accepting the realization that President Obama is ineligible to serve as POTUS as required under Article II in the US Constitution. Over the weekend, this SSgt reached out to other alternative news sources and by Tuesday morning SSgt Moran video recorded a personal declaration bringing his case to the civilian population. By Wednesday, SSgt Moran received his discharge orders.

Below is a recording with transcript of a phone call to Clayton County Georgia’s Republican Chairman, Carl Swensson, from SSgt Moran providing his support for passage of a “Presidential Eligibility Assurance Act” for which Georgian’s will be rallying their representatives to pass in 2012. This audio was recorded via telephone during the recent Pitchfork Rally held in Atlanta at Georgia’s state capitol.

Back on April 13, 2011, the T-Room predicted that President Obama would soon post a scanned version of what his inner circle would designate as his “Official” long-form birth certificate –

“More importantly, you can’t change a SSN record, but you can certainly create a long-form birth certificate just in time for the 2012 elections. Which is what many are anticipating, and now with Donald Trump entering the fray you can count on such a document entering into the public arena and soon. After all, anyone who has studied this issue knows the Obama camps next step is to embarrass the “birthers” by producing a long-form birth certificate. That would be checkmate wouldn’t it? Of course, it will be a scanned copy just like the COLB, because it will never hold up under the scrutiny of an independent forensic review team of experts, that is someone other than his former employer, the Annenberg’s, so get ready for a repeat of a similar ruse coming to a computer screen near you.”

Viola! On the morning of April 27 the Prez posted a digitized “scanned” image captivating the public’s imagination, yet again. Although we were spot on in making our prediction, we take no pride in having to make it at all, and we were certainly not the only ones doing so. More unnerving about this farcical theater is how sad it all is. It took this man two and a half years, millions of dollars and a countless number of lawsuits later, including the Court Martial of Lt. Col Lakin and trumped up charges of Lt. By Wayne Madsen: Obama's CIA "Mommy Dearest" — identifying Indonesians for assassination

President Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, worked in Indonesia for a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) embassy cover operation that helped identify some 5000 key members of the Indonesian Communist Party — Partai Komunis Indonesia(PKI) that were targeted for assassination by Indonesian armed forces units, of which her husband and President Obama’s step-father, Lolo Soetoro, was a participant. The 5000 targets’ names appeared in what was called by the CIA “the shooting list.”

Furthermore, the contacts of the key 5000 PKI members was also used by the CIA, in part using USAID official cover agents like Ann Dunham, to identify Indonesian sympathizers with the government of President Sukarno, ousted in 1965 in a CIA-orchestrated coup, in which Lolo Soetoro took part, and the PKI, with the net total of Indonesians killed ranging from 250,000 to 1 million.

The CIA’s role in the Indonesian genocide is found in a 1990 article written by Ralph McGehee, a CIA veteran of the agency’s International Communism Branch of the Counterintelligence Staff. The article appeared in the Fall 1990 issue of the Covert Action Information Bulletin.

Lolo Soetoro was a colonel in the Indonesian armed forces and worked for the CIA-installed dictator, General Suharto, from 1965, after returning to Indonesia from Hawaii, where he married Ann Dunham, to 1970, when he joined Exxon. President Obama’s mother arrived in Indonesia to join Soetoro with young Barack Obama, Jr. in October 1967,while the CIA’s anti-PKI and anti-Sukarno “mopping up” operations were still taking place.
