With the US Government preparing to seize private and public pensions in order to bankrupt the American People and bring them down into poverty as part of their Full Spectrum Dominance plans, the risk of American society collapsing into anarchy and rioting is extremely high over the next few months. Bank of America came out today and announced they are halting foreclosure in 50 states because of potential flaws in foreclosure documents. But its not just Bank of America that is halting foreclosures. More and more banks are joining the list to halt any foreclosure action, including JPMorgan Chase.
Also Friday, PNC Financial Services Group Inc. said it is halting most foreclosures and evictions in 23 states for a month so it can review whether documents it submitted to courts complied with state laws. An official at the Pittsburgh-based bank confirmed the decision on Friday, which was reported earlier by the New York Times. The official requested anonymity because the decision hasn’t been publicly announced.
PNC becomes the fourth major U.S. lender to halt some foreclosures amid evidence that mortgage company employees or their lawyers signed documents in foreclosure cases without verifying the information in them.
In addition to PNC and Bank of America, Ally Financial’s GMAC Mortgage unit and JPMorgan Chase & Co. have announced similar moves in the past two weeks.
This means two of the largest banks in the United States are no longer foreclosing on homes. [Read more…]

Bernanke came out today and said about the Fed, “they are not out of ammo.” Of course this line has been used before in describing the power of the Federal Reserve, as recently as September 21, 2010 by the former Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond President, Al Broaddus.
What they do with these types of statements is try to convince people the Fed is in control. But it is just the words they think that will move markets, not actual policy. In other words, they think that just by mentioning something, it is gospel….and so the people and markets will react accordingly, accomplishing their goals.

A couple days ago I went out on a limb and called a top in gold and silver for traders. Today we are possibly getting that short squeeze I mentioned in that article with gold and silver pushing higher, but now settling back down. This short squeeze could last more than a day, but it’s not out of the realm of possibility that we could see gold higher for a bit. Calling a top is the time to start taking profits if one is sitting on them.
The hardest thing for a trader to do is take profit. This is where greed comes into play. In the push for that extra buck, one gets emotional rather than thinking logically and being satisfied with the profit already obtained.
My father, a retired commodities broker, said the number one reason his clients lost money was “greed.” My thoughts are simply; an investor can’t go broke by taking profit. But physical gold and silver are a different animal and I’ll explain how so later in this article. [Read more…]
