The NYT’s ‘RetroReport‘ revisited the story about the ‘Sleeper Cell’ in Michigan where four men were arrested on the suspicion they were part of an Algerian terrorist cell shortly after September 11, 2001. Initial arrests were made on document fraud, but those soon changed to terrorism related charges due to a jailhouse snitch telling tall tales –
