Why is this GSA employee hesitant to name names???

So, let me see if I have this whole White House “transparency” thingy straight. Sometime in May 2011, the GSA’s Chief of Staff Michael Robertson informed White House Counsel, Kim Harris, about the GSA investigation into the “BIG $800k+ Party” in Las Vegas, but we, the money grows on trees, literally, suckers, the ones footing the bill for this crap are only now hearing about it?

Why now? And more importantly, why was Robertson so reticent to give Issa the name of the WH Counsel he told about the investigation back in May of 2011? This guy didn’t want to give up the name. Why?

Is this a sign that federal employees are scared to speak the truth for fear of being fired, ridiculed, outcasted??? Has fear gripped our federal workforce?
