This NJ Judge then offers in his ruling to dismissthis golden nugget –

“Based upon the above I CONCLUDE…that he [Obama] is a “natural born Citizen” of the United States of America…”

Based on WHAT? He didn’t allow ANY EVIDENCE into the record not even the forged birth certificate sitting on the White House servers. So what the hell is he basing his ruling on?
